Check-in is at 4pm and check-out time is 10 am. Late check-outs impact our cleaner's schedule and future guest reservations. When available, we do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests for an additional fee of $25/hr.
Starter supplies are provided including toiletries, paper products, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably. Guests staying longer will need to purchase extra supplies.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entry and rear patio area for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
